Since 1986, Baker Produce Inc. has been a part of the food industry, and has strived to produce quality products. Food safety and quality is our top priority at Baker Produce Inc. (BKR); we produce products as if they were being prepared for our own families.

As part of our ongoing commitment, BKR undergoes 3rd party audits to guarantee the safety of our products and our ability to trace each ingredient and packaging material, and their transportation to and from our plant. We carefully audit our suppliers, and require GAP certifications, to ensure proper handling and compliance with our product requirements. Our workers undergo regular training to guarantee excellence. In demonstrating our commitment to producing the finest and safest quality products, BKR is Primus certified and meets the requirements of the Global Food Safety Initiative (GSFI).

We maintain quality and safety daily with the implementation of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP), Food Defense program, Recall Program, Food Allergen Program, Pest Control Program, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Program. Baker Produce Inc. commitment to its customers and potential customers include honoring request for most Food Safety and Quality documents or Statements.
